Developer Oval Real Estate has submitted revised plans for a major high-rise cluster scheme in Manchester doubling the number of flats to 800. Set near the historic Albert Bridge over the River Irwell, the site is currently occupied by car parks and outdated office buildings, including the original 18-storey Albert Bridge House.

World’s largest battery energy storage park approved
