Morgan Sindall to build new Cambridgeshire school

Morgan Sindall has been appointed by Cambridgeshire County Council to build a new secondary school at the Alconbury Weald development. The £37m Alconbury Weald Church Academy will will sit alongside Prestley Wood Academy SEND School, which was delivered by Morgan Sindall in 2024. The first phase is scheduled for completion in Spring 2027 when the school will welcome 600 pupils with enlarged core facilities and external space to enable future phases of expansion when required.

£200m deal unlocks full 1,000-home Digbeth scheme
